Granola With Seeds and Nuts

Breakfast craves

 

This super easy and healthy granola is going to make breakfasts so delicious and yummy. A combination of seeds and nuts together with oats gives you all the nutrients you need to start the day with a healthy and happy gut

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup of oats

1/3 cup of flax seeds

1/3 cup of hemp seeds

1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup of buckwheat

1/3 cup of almonds

2 tbsp of blackstrap molasses

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of ginger powder

2 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of vanilla extract

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Warm the coconut oil until it is liquid. In a bowl mix the seeds, almonds and oats
  3. Add the spices and coconut oil. Mix well and add the syrups
  4. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until the granola is light brown
  5. let it cool before eating it
