Vegan Coconut & Blueberries Mousse

Charged with probiotics to keep your gut happy



This vegan coconut & blueberries mousse contains probiotics to help your digestion. Rich in fiber, omega 3 and antioxidants. Blueberries and chia seeds make this vegan mousse a healthy dessert.


 Coconut Cream (from a can of coconut milk )

1/2 fresh lemon juice

1 cup of blueberries

2 tbsp of ground chia seeds

1 tbsp of shredded coconut

1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 tbsp of maple syrup or coconut sugar or 5-6 Medjool dates

1 capsule of probiotic powder



  1. If using a can of coconut milk, freeze it for a couple of hours then divide the cream from the water. Safe the water for smoothies or cooking
  2. Mix the coconut cream with the lemon juice, vanilla extract, chia seeds and shredded coconut
  3. Blend the blueberries and maple syrup (Medjool dates or coconut sugar depending on what you are using)
  4. Combine both mixtures, taste it to see if it needs more sugar or not. I prefer it a little bit acid but I know not everybody is a fan of it. So try it, so you can get the perfect flavor
  5. Add the probiotic capsule
  6. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours, until it gets thicker
  7. Serve it with some crushed nuts and banana flambé
  8. Enjoy this super easy and healthy dessert
